OUR BATHROOM DESIGN & RENOVATION PROCESS

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

Our bathroom journey will start with an initial meeting and full site survey of your space. Within this consultation, we will go over your aims, specifications, aesthetic choices and budgets. Full measurements of everything will be taken to give accurate costs on materials and workmanship. We will accommodate all bathroom renovations in Edinburgh.

2. SPECIFICATION & COSTS

After our site survey and discussions, we will provide you with a quotation bespoke to your bathroom. Within our quotation it will include a breakdown of all the trades required and costs associated with each profession. We can also provide costs for suitable fixtures and fittings relevant to your aesthetic choices such as, showers, sinks, toilets, tiles paint colours and much more if you have not decided on what you would like.

3. DESIGN PLAN

Once all costs and finishing’s have been agreed our in-house specialist will create either a 2D or 3D drawing of the bathroom you have envisioned. This drawing allows you to visualise before making the hard choices of sanitary ware purchases, truly allowing a try before you buy service for bathrooms. We will work on these drawings together to make sure everything is perfect before starting. Once our drawings have been approved and signed, we will book in a start date suitable for yourself.

4. RENOVATION TIME

This is the last piece in the process and the most exciting too, Cedar Developments will start your bathroom makeover with our various trade professionals. Your bathroom will have its own appointed team leader who will oversee all trades and processes throughout, this making sure your project is treated with the care and professionalism it deserves.
