Cedar will visit your property in Edinburgh or the Lothians and take sizes, photos and discuss your requirements in more detail.

Estimate

Estimate

Cedar will produce a scope of works and estimate based on the walk round, drawings and all information gathered. This will be issued via email within fourteen days of meeting.

Acceptance

Acceptance

We will discuss with you in detail the estimate sent, answer any questions and finalise the full scope of works.

Management

Management

Creation of a schedule of works, staff booked in for onsite start dates, materials purchased, liaising with clients, architects and designers and all necessary planning and paperwork completed.
